POSITION: German Technical Support Representative REPORTS TO: Team Leader STARTING SALARY: €Excellent Package START DATE: 1st August 2005
OBJECTIVE: Provide responsive and competent telephone support to customers in areas of product features, installation, use, and usability for the specified photography products(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a high level of professional, competent technical support to all customers Ensure that the department goals of problem response and problem duration are met by keeping your assigned open call queue current. Provide telephone support a minimum of 7 hours daily and fill in on the phones for others in accordance with the "all hands on deck" philosophy. Maintain customer satisfaction according to the current level of measurement for this position. Maintain a satisfactory level of technical product knowledge in the specified photography products and become knowledgeable in new products as assigned. Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, vendors and other employees.
REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in English and German required PC experience and a knowledge of MS DOS and MS Windows. Strong aptitude for problem solving. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. Demonstrate the ability to provide good customer care.
